Here at Bath Oral Ceramics we pride ourselves in keeping up to date with the latest developments in Dental Technology, we are pleased to offer Lava, Zr-Speed, incise and Procera to our Quality and Premium price lists.

Scanning & Milling

We scan bites, soft tussue and contact points in Cad Cam software using a verity of scanners and builds up a coping to suit the unit and support the porcelain. This is produced in much the same way as we do in the wax with the metal copings but on a computer rather than building up by hand. We have several options of coping thickness for you to choose from along with the type of fit you require.

Coping Thickness, Thin .4mm Medium .5mm Thick .6mm
Coping fit, Super tight for implants, Tight & Medium.

From experience Andrew recommends....

Anterior units: Thin thickness and Tight fit.
Posterior units: Meduim thickness and Medium fit.
